How to deal with 4 common problems in the operation of battery spot welding machine

The welding parameters of our commonly used battery spot welding machine are digitally displayed by LED, and the control is more accurate; the double needle pressure is independently adjustable, and the welding is more reliable; the microcomputer battery spot welding machine is suitable for the welding of battery connection pieces and single-sided welding of hardware. So how should we deal with these problems when we use them?

Stepping on the pedal welding machine does not work, and the power indicator does not light up:

1. Check whether the power supply voltage is normal; check whether the control system is normal, whether the communication contact contacts and the separator shift switch are protruding or burned out.

Spatter that should not appear when welding:

1. Check whether the electrode tip is oxidized. b. Inspect the welded workpiece for severe rust and severe contact.

2. Check whether the adjustment switch is too high.

3. Check whether the electrode pressure is too small and whether the welding procedure is correct.

The solder joints are seriously indented and have extrusions:

1. Check whether the current is too large. b. Check whether the welded workpiece is uneven.

2. Check whether the electrode pressure is too large, and whether the shape and cross-section of the electrode head are appropriate.

Insufficient strength of welding workpiece:

1. Check whether the electrode pressure is too small, check whether the electrode rod is tight, whether the welding workpiece is seriously corroded, and whether the welding point is in poor contact.

2. Check whether there is excessive oxide between the electrode tip and electrode rod, and between the electrode rod and the electrode arm.

3. Check whether the tip of the electrode is increased due to wear to reduce the welding energy, that is, check whether the electrode and the soft copper joint are seriously oxidized.
